Notice: The official language of this Privacy Policy is Japanese. This English translation is provided for reference purposes only. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English translation and the Japanese version, the Japanese version shall govern and prevail.

Money SaaS (the "Service") considers the appropriate handling of users' personal information to be an important responsibility, and has established the following Privacy Policy (the "Policy").

1. Information We Collect

The Service may collect the following information:

  • Tool input content: Text entered into tools such as the SNS post optimization tool is sent to OpenAI and Google (Gemini API) for the purpose of generating results. It is not stored as a database on the Service's servers.
  • Access information: Cookies, IP addresses, pages viewed, referrers, device information, and similar data are collected via Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Payment information: When subscribing to a paid plan, users are redirected to a payment page provided by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc., where card details are entered directly. Payment information such as card numbers never passes through or is stored on the Service's servers.
  • Contact information: If you contact us, we collect information included in your message, such as your email address and name.
  • Usage count records: To manage the daily usage limits under the Fair Use Policy for Pro/Business plans, the day's usage count is recorded in the session information when using a paid plan. This information is not stored in a database on the Service; it is retained only as part of the cryptographically signed session information stored in the browser, and resets automatically when the date changes.

2. Purpose of Use

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To create and provide each tool's generated results to users
  • To analyze usage of the Service and use it to improve features and content
  • To process payments for paid plans
  • To respond to inquiries and provide necessary communications
  • To prevent fraudulent use and respond to violations of the Terms of Service

3. Use of External Services

The Service uses the following external services. Please review each provider's own privacy policy for details on how they handle information.

  • Google Analytics (access analytics): Uses cookies to collect anonymous usage data. Google Privacy Policy
  • Google AdSense (ad serving): May use cookies to display ads tailored to users' interests. Personalized ads can be opted out of via Google Ads Settings.

4. Use of Cookies

The Service uses cookies for access analytics and ad serving.

This site uses a third-party advertising service (Google AdSense). Advertising vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's interests. This allows the site to recognize your browser, but it does not identify you personally. Cookies can be disabled through your browser settings, but doing so may prevent some features from functioning properly.

The Service will not disclose personal information to third parties without user consent, except as required by law. However, information transmitted to the services listed in "3. Use of External Services" above is sent to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

Requests from users themselves for disclosure, correction, or suspension of use of their personal information will be accepted at the contact point below. We will respond in accordance with applicable law after confirming the requester's identity.
