Terms of Service

Notice: The official language of this Terms of Service is Japanese. This English translation is provided for reference purposes only. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English translation and the Japanese version, the Japanese version shall govern and prevail.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the various tools and content provided by Money SaaS (the "Service"). By using the Service, users agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between users and the Service in connection with the use of the Service.

Article 2 (Service Description)

  • The Service provides AI-powered web tools such as SNS post and hashtag generation, as well as blog content including automatically generated articles.
  • Some blog articles and tool-generated results are automatically generated by AI (OpenAI or Google Gemini APIs). We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of this content, and it is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, tax, medical, investment, etc.). Users are solely responsible for their own judgment and use of any generated content.
  • The free plan requires no registration. Paid plans (monthly plans and the pay-per-use plan) are subscribed to through Stripe, Inc.'s payment system.

Article 3 (Fees and Payment)

  • Fees for paid plans are as displayed on the Service's pricing page. Payments are processed through the payment system provided by Stripe, Inc.
  • Monthly plans renew automatically unless the user cancels. Please follow the cancellation procedure provided at the time of payment completion.
  • Under the pay-per-use plan, charges apply per use once the free usage allowance has been exceeded.
  • The details of the features and benefits provided are as described on the pricing page, and the Service may change the content of such benefits for operational reasons.

Article 4 (Fair Use Policy and Usage Restrictions)

  • To maintain stable system operation and API quality, the Service maintains a Fair Use Policy even for paid plans (Pro/Business).
  • If automated requests or extreme programmatic load exceeding the daily usage limits set for each plan (Pro: 100 uses/day, Business: 1,000 uses/day) are detected, the Service may, without prior notice, take measures such as temporary access restriction or account suspension.
  • The Service shall not be liable for any damages or lost opportunities incurred by users as a result of the usage restriction measures described in the preceding paragraph.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service:

  • Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  • Acts related to criminal activity, or acts that infringe the rights of third parties
  • Acts that destroy or interfere with the functionality of the Service's servers or network, or that impose an excessive load on them
  • Acts of unauthorized analysis, reproduction, modification, or repurposing of the Service's source code
  • Using generated results for unlawful or illegal purposes
  • Any other act the Service deems inappropriate

Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)

Copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Service or its legitimate rights holders. Where users make secondary use of tool-generated results, such use shall also be subject to the terms of service of each respective AI provider (OpenAI, Google).

Article 7 (Changes, Suspension, and Termination of the Service)

The Service may change its content, or suspend or terminate its provision, without prior notice to users. The Service shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

  • The Service makes no express or implied warranty that the Service is free of factual or legal defects (including those relating to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, and fitness for a particular purpose).
  • Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Service, the Service shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users arising from the Service.
  • The Service shall not be liable for any damages arising from reliance on the content of AI-generated content.

Article 9 (Changes to These Terms)

The Service may change these Terms without prior notice to users when deemed necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on this page.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the operator as the court of first instance.
